Jeff has a variety of qualifications that make him ideally suited to consult, design, sell, install and troubleshoot church systems. Jeff joined the ProAudio.com team in 2004 and was promoted to Design/Build Manager in 2006. With over 25 years experience on staff at local churches, he is acutely aware of the evolving needs of Houses of Worship. A longtime recording/live sound engineer, project studio owner, radio producer, consultant and conference presenter, he also continues to serve as a Worship Leader in his home church. Jeff holds a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX and is a Certified Church Consultant for the National Association of Church Design Builders. Everyone who meets Jeff instantly recognizes his passions for technology, people, and the church - he enjoys meeting with clients to assess their needs and develop creative solutions. He has been married to Thana since 1990 and they have two children.

Mark is a relatively new addition to the ProAudio.com family, thanks to the recent expansion of our Design/Build division. However, he has many years of experience in A/V systems integration and various related fields that have molded him into the engineer and project manager that he is today. Prior to joining our team, Mark was part-owner and lead installer for two different audio/video integration companies. He also worked for many years as an install technician for a major Fort Worth-based professional A/V contracting and design/build firm, and has experience in the retail electronics industry as well. He serves his church as the technical team leader and lead sound engineer. Mark really enjoys solving complex problems and making sure all details are covered to ensure that systems run at their optimum performance level. Mark and his wife Lauren have two sons.
