Order StatusIf you have not yet received your order and think you should have by now, please email us. We will e-mail you back with the expected ship date and any available tracking numbers. You can track your UPS and FedEx packages online at: UPS: http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US Missing an item?Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently, we may have split your order into multiple shipments. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized. You can email us to check status of the remaining items on your order. If you are missing an item that the packing slip shows to have been shipped, please e-mail customer service immediately; shortage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. If you received the wrong item or an item you didn't order, please e-mail customer service and indicate the number of items you're returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order. We will also ask you whether you need a refund or a replacement sent to you.
