Order online: Many of the products we sell are available here on our website, where you can order 24/7 using our secure server. Every order is given personal attention by our sales staff. We are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, Central time; orders placed outside these hours will be processed the following business day.
Order by phone: Call us at 800-433-2105, 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday if you can't find what you're looking for online, if you need help selecting a product, or if you just prefer to talk to a live human being. Our sales staff is standing by to help.
Order by email: You can email your Account Manager or use our contact form to send general orders and inquiries. Please do not send credit card numbers via email (email transmissions are not secure and can be intercepted).
Order by fax or mail: POs and quote requests can be faxed to 972-623-2800 or mailed to us at PO Box 155999, Fort Worth, TX 76155. Make sure to include your return phone/fax number or email address, and a member of our sales staff will contact you.
Credit Card is currently the only payment method we offer for orders placed online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Discover and Diners' Club cards may also be used for orders placed by phone. It is very important that the billing address, phone number and CVV code you provide match the information on file with your credit card issuer - we will not ship your order until your card has been verified. When you order online, your card is charged for the entire order, including any backordered items; however, we will be happy to issue a refund if you decide to cancel any items that aren't immediately available.
For your protection and ours, we screen all orders very carefully for fraud. If you request that we ship an order to any destination other than your credit card billing address, we must take extra precautions to verify the transaction, and this may result in a short delay. We will contact you for additional information if necessary, and we will process your order as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to refuse any suspicious orders.
Merchants are prohibited from storing any sensitive customer data, like credit card numbers. For this reason, we do not keep credit card numbers "on file" after your order has been processed. If you choose to shop with us again (and we hope that you will!), you will be prompted to re-enter your credit card information for each new order.
Prepayments: We can accept prepayments for phone orders in the form of company checks, cashier's checks and money orders. Sorry, no CODs.
Electronic Check / ACH: Available for orders placed by phone with our sales department. You will be asked to provide your bank routing number, account number and check number. Check-by-phone orders may be held for up to 3 business days before processing.
Wire Transfer: Available for orders placed by phone with our sales department. Instructions for transferring funds into our account can be downloaded here. Wire transfer orders will be held until the transfer of funds is confirmed.
Net 20 Days: Terms are available to government and educational customers, and to established businesses with good credit history. Please download our credit application and return it to us by fax at 972-623-2800, attn: Accounts Receivable. Processing time is generally 3 to 5 business days. Our credit department will notify you once your account has been established.
Leasing: We work with several leasing companies that will provide third-party financing for larger equipment packages. Please contact us if you are interested in discussing your financing options.
Once your order has shipped, we will mail an invoice to the billing address you provided. Please save it for your records - it is your proof of purchase in the event of warranty service or theft.
We only charge sales tax on orders shipped to Texas, Colorado, Indiana, and Missouri. The sales tax rate may vary by county, and will be automatically added to your order if you have asked us to ship to one of these states. Will call orders picked up at our Texas warehouse are subject to Texas sales tax. In rare cases, drop-shipments from our manufacturers into states other than Texas, Colorado, Indiana and Missouri are subject to sales tax. We will contact you for approval on these charges if necessary.
Tax Exemption: Most government entities, schools, non-profit corporations, resellers and houses of worship qualify for exemption from sales tax. Tax exemption forms are available on our Downloads page. If you qualify for tax exemption, please fax the appropriate paperwork to us at 972-623-2800, attn: Accounts Receivable. Please note: claiming tax exemption is your responsibility, and it must be done at the time of purchase and in accordance with state law.
