Product Pricing

We work very hard to ensure that our sale prices are accurate and competitive. In addition to our already low pricing, you can find great deals in the Rebates, Specials and Clearance sections of our catalog. Most of our online selling prices are restricted by our manufacturers' Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies, but in many cases we can offer discounts if you contact us directly. We also offer discounts for schools, churches, government agencies and resellers. Please contact us at any time to request a quote on any item we sell, or for a large equipment purchase.

Shop Smart! Any online retailer who publicly advertises a sale price below the manufacturer's MAP is either not an authorized dealer, is not advertising brand new equipment, or is violating their dealer agreement. If you're ever unsure about a dealer's legitimacy, please contact the manufacturer directly to ask. You can rest assured that we are factory-authorized to sell every single product in our online catalog.

Product Availability

We stock thousands of items in our North Texas warehouse, and most in-stock items ship same day if the order is placed by 2:00pm Central time. If the item(s) you've ordered aren't on hand, we may request that the manufacturer "drop-ship" your item(s) directly to you. We use this method to bring you the broadest selection of products at the lowest possible prices. This means that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments, but you will not be charged any additional shipping charges beyond what you initially authorized on the checkout page.

We make every effort to stock a wide variety of popular and hard-to-find items, but occasionally, certain products will go on backorder. We will notify you by phone or email if a product you've ordered is not immediately available.

If you don't see the product you're looking for listed in our online catalog, chances are very good that we can still source it for you. Feel free to contact us anytime with questions about the availability of specific products.

Clearance Products

You're likely to run across discontinued, overstock, demo and B-stock products when browsing our online catalog. If you're willing to settle for last year's model, open boxes or cosmetically-blemished merchandise, you can save big with these great deals! Check out the Clearance section of our online catalog for a complete list of discontinued, overstock, B-stock and demo products - it's updated daily.

• Discontinued products are brand new and factory-sealed, but they are no longer made by the manufacturer. Full manufacturer's warranty applies.
• Overstock products are brand new and factory-sealed, but they have been in our inventory longer than we would like. Full manufacturer's warranty applies.
• Demo products have been removed from the factory packaging for display or trial purposes, but are otherwise unused and are guaranteed to be in new condition with original packaging and full manufacturer's warranty.
• B-Stock products are cosmetically blemished and may have been repackaged or missing the manual, but they are guaranteed to be in working condition (see individual product listings for warranty information). 

We will include details about the condition of individual B-Stock and Demo products on the product pages whenever possible. Any cosmetic damage is nearly undetectable in most cases. If a product listing is not specifically marked as B-Stock or Demo, you can expect to receive brand new, factory-sealed merchandise.

Occasionally, we will mark a package as "opened for inspection" if we are concerned an item may have sustained damaged in transit to us. These items have been carefully examined and repacked, still carry full factory warranty, and are guaranteed to be in perfect operational and cosmetic condition.

Warranty Information

All new products shipped from ProAudio.com and our vendors are guaranteed by a manufacturer's warranty. Terms of coverage vary by manufacturer and by item. Please consult your owner's manual or use our Manufacturers Directory to contact the manufacturer with questions about the warranties on specific products.
