John Paul Kimzey founded our company in 1971 with his uncle, John R. "Buddy" Crouse, and he continues to serve as our President and CEO. An accomplished businessman with many notable achievements in the communications industry, John Paul holds degrees in Radio/TV/Film and Ranch Management from Texas Christian University. When he's not overseeing things here, he enjoys hunting, ranching, and being active in his church and charities. John Paul is a Fort Worth native and lives there with his wife Lane Anne; they have three sons and six grandchildren.

Mark has been with us since 1976 and is currently our Vice President and General Manager. Mark practically grew up in the broadcast industry, spending time at his father's radio station as a child. He went on to earn a degree in Journalism and Printing from East Texas State University. When he's not managing the company, Mark enjoys playing tennis, being active in his church and surrounding himself with family; he and his wife have two children, two grandchildren, and several pets.

Stephanie has been with us since 1997, beginning as a receptionist, working her way through sales support, account management, and now directing our website and all of our marketing efforts. Since joining our team she has earned a degree in Economics from the University of Texas in Arlington. Stephanie spends her spare time decorating her house, playing Guitar Hero, and enjoying the company of her husband, their son Dane and cat, Eshe.

Lee has been a prominent member of our sales staff since he started here in 1993. He is a graduate of the Elkins Institute of Broadcast in Denver, Colorado after beginning his radio career while still in high school. Lee has a great deal of experience in radio, broadcast and sound engineering. Lee enjoys playing golf, photography, watching old Star Trek episodes, and spending time with his wife, an accomplished piano player and teacher. Lee and his wife Jolene reside in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and have four children and five grandchildren.

Barry joined our sales force in 1992 and we quickly learned that he lives for music. He devotes as much time as he can to playing guitar and writing music in his home studio, a passion he and his wife Nancy passed along to their son. In the rare occasion he's not feeding his love for music, Barry enjoys cooking, reading and traveling.

Though we've only known him since 1994, music and audio have always been a part of Scott's life. He picked up his first guitar at 12 and has played gigs all over Texas and in the former Soviet Union, has studied and taught classic guitar, and continues to play in an alternative band, Gas Boda. He has one son, Nick, who receives guitar lessons from his dad. Scott lives on an acre of land in his home town of Arlington, Texas with four African Pygmy goats and a cat named Uma.

Gary joined our sales team in 2001, bringing with him over 40 years of experience in the audio industry. He has played with several bands over the years and went on to build his own recording studio, which he ran from 1982 to 1998. In his spare time, Gary likes to stick close to home and enjoy the company of his wife, two children, grandbaby and Shih Tzu.

Kevin is our outside sales rep, joining us upon completion of an internship in 2009. He lives a busy life balancing his job here, finishing a college degree, recording with a local country band, and touring and playing softball on the weekends. He is the proud father of an English Bulldog named Dr. Truett C. Boles.

Matt joined our inside sales force in 2010 after working 7 years as a project manager in the CD/DVD manufacturing and packaging industry. An avid collector of rare music, film, pressings and more, Matt also plays drums and guitar in his band Gas Boda along with Scott Price. When he isn't collecting things or making music, you'll find him cheering on his favorite football team, the New Orleans Saints, or enjoying the company of his daughter.

Todd joined the team in 2012. He has a background in sales with an area case manufacturer, a career history in marketing and a degree in marketing and advertising. Todd has been an instrumentalist since he was a kid, playing guitar, bass, and most recently taking on keyboards. He has a home studio and is an aspiring producer / recording engineer. He is also a member of the band Gas Boda with Scott and Matt. Todd lives in Irving with his awesome dog, Harrier.

Jeff started with us in 2004 as a salesperson and has since gone on to lead our Design/Build team. He is an ordained minister and holds a Master of Divinity Degree in Biblical Languages. Jeff lives a busy life, singing, recording, producing a radio show, and serving as worship pastor at his church. In the rare occasion he has spare time, he enjoys watching movies and spending time with his wife Thana and their two children.

We hired Mark in 2008 to join our Design/Build team. He has experience in both audio and video, as well as a broad knowledge of computers. Mark enjoys spending most of his spare time involved with his church, alongside his wife Lauren and their three children. When at home, they enjoy being entertained by their cat, Ferrell, whom he says acts more like a dog.

Juan joined the ProAudio.com Design/Build team in 2010. A native of Chile, Juan has always been drawn to music and worship. He has worked as a sound engineer for two well-known D/FW-area ministries and he owned an A/V installation company just prior to joining ProAudio.com. He also currently serves as the Media Coordinator and Hispanic Ministry Pastor at St. John's Church in Grand Prairie. Juan and his wife Claudia have been married since 1990 and they have two daughters.

Blanca started with us in 2002 as a receptionist and soon after joined our Customer Service department. She has three brothers and is very family-oriented. In her spare time, Blanca enjoys shopping, however, as a new mom, nowadays she rarely has time to spare. She lives in Grand Prairie with her husband Rudy and their two children.

Marie joined us in late 2011 and is the friendly voice on the other end of the line when you call our home office. She is active in her church and enjoys reading, scrapbooking, classic black and white movies, and road trips with friends. She's an animal lover deep down, and lives happily with her husband, Shih Tzu and cat.

Becky started with us in 2005 and is our Controller/Credit Manager. She has many years of accounting experience and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) degree from Texas A&M University. In her spare time, Becky enjoys time with family, machine embroidery, working in her yard and traveling. She and her husband have two children and two grandchildren.

Debbie joined us in 1994 and handles our Accounts Receiveable department. We around the office appreciate her highly organized work ethic, which helps keep the accounting and sales departments in sync. Mother of four and grandmother of four, Debbie enjoys spending time with family and working to keep her house from being destroyed by her dogs.

Kara started out as our receptionist in 2004 and has since moved to Accounts Payable, where she sees that all our bills are paid. She has a son and two cats who keep her on her toes year-round. When time allows, she likes cooking, reading, and kicking back to watch a good (or bad) horror movie.

Alexis joined us in 2005 as an internet sales administrator and has since put her artistic talent towards graphic design and marketing. In her spare time, Alexis enjoys painting, dancing, watching movies and exploring the far reaches of vegan cuisine. She shares a cozy house with her boyfriend, four cats (you heard right) and a neurotic German Shepherd.
